Businesses: * I deliver high quality social work services by contributing to the development and improvement of Social Work and healthcare practice. * I deliver trainings and focus on research methods effective for individuals, families, organizations and our greater society. * I detect issues assessing the pros and cons of possible and obtainable strategies. * I compile and present information orally, visually and in writing. * I implement agreed solutions and serve as a mentor as needed. * I develop and implement new procedures while identifying training needs. * I analyze statistics and provide mock surveys. * I conduct research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of business. * I monitor compliance, evaluate effectiveness, recommend and implement improvements to existing policies. * I monitor the problematic and financial activities while providing direction and support for ongoing operation of specialized program areas. * I provide technical assistance to internal and external service providers developing policy interpretation, contractual services while evaluating quality management. * I provide staff development, ethics, diversity and cultural competency training.
